About The Author
Scott Eaton, is a married father of two currently residing in Sacramento, California. Having been born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, he subsequently moved to Orange County, California, where he met and married his wife. While there, he also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University at Fullerton and spent eight years working for The Walt Disney Company. Ultimately, Scott would go on to earn a Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and went to work for Hilton Hotels Corporation.
The next 10 years of his life would be spent in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the private practice of law, primarily helping get new businesses started. It was during this time that Scott recommitted his life to Jesus and became quite active in church leadership and management. Since then, he has been called into full-time vocational ministry and is currently serving as Executive Pastor of a non-denominational Christian church, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the ministry and its staff. Scott also continues to practice law, part-time, advising clients on a variety of business issues.
In his spare time, Scott loves being outdoors and spending time with his family. He takes advantage of living so close to the Sierra Nevada Mountains by planning an annual family camping trip at a variety of locations and also gets out riding his motorcycle or hiking whenever possible. This is his first, and probably last, Blog.
